ACQUISITION
Site selection, investment analysis, due diligence, contract negotiation and legal transactions.
PLANNING
Strategic land use analysis, constraint analysis, concept engineering, surveying, conceptual planning, negotiation with government organizations, re-zoning, conditional use applications, variance applications, public consultations and project budgeting.
SUBDIVISION MANAGEMENT
Day-to-day management of the contractual obligations pertaining to the development, including but not limited to the development agreement and purchase agreements, maintenance contracts, architectural approvals, site inspections, warranty administration and project reporting to stakeholders.
DEVELOPMENT
Financing, surveying, engineering, contract negotiation, subdivision applications / approvals, public consultation, site servicing, construction management and contract administration.
