Our Show Home is now open for the exciting Prairie Place project in the Prairie View Lakes subdivision! These spacious, open concept two storey homes have proven to be extremely popular.

Park Beautification for Kingswood South
Ventura Land Company is undertaking major improvements to the entrance to the Kingswood South subdivision – luscious new landscaping and plantings along the Kingsway Crescent pathway and an entrance sign feature within the park space on the other side of the street will be completed prior to summer.
With Kingswood in the final phases of development, boasting over 100+ homes already built, this exclusive enclave community is nearing completion. This will be worked on over the next few months and should be finished in the early summer. We are excited to improve the walking trails that are so frequently used in La Salle and hope to see you out there enjoying them too!
Construction Well Underway In Stonewall
We are only a few months into construction of the initial phases of Quarry Ridge Park and we already have lots of interest through our participating builders. We also have an unprecedented amount of interest from private purchasers looking to self-build on their own lot.
