A contentious condominium development in Crescentwood will go ahead after all after city council voted in favour of it on Wednesday. Council voted 11-5 in favour of a motion to allow the project from Ventura Developments to go ahead on a vacant lot on the corner of Harrow Street and McMillan Avenue
