Buoyed by the success of its first condominium project in the Osborne Village-Cresentwood area, a local developer is moving ahead with at least two more over the next couple of years.

Wheatland Park is now in its third stage of development in Dugald, Manitoba. 44 new building lots are available for pre-sale and come in pond, park and standard and measure a minimum of 65 feet wide.

Lot grading and utilities are currently being worked on for 18 new lots in Prairie View Lakes along 4th Avenue. We are very excited for home construction to begin this fall.

Kingswood South is continuing onto Phase 7 with 20 new lots for sale on Pinehurst Way. These lots start at a minimum of 90 ft. wide, with large yards that are nestled between the Kingswood Golf Course, beautiful prairie vistas and the La Salle River.
