Show Homes Open by Appointment


In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Ventura Custom Homes will be suspending regular show home hours and limiting show home access to appointment only effective immediately to protect the health and safety of both our clients and sales agents.

We are implementing rigorous efforts to thoroughly and professionally clean and sanitize our show homes on a regular basis to ensure they remain a safe space for our clients to meet our agents.

Should you wish to view one of our show homes, please call the respective agent to make an appointment or request information via email:

Should you wish to schedule an appointment, please ask yourself the following questions before attending your appointment:

1. Have you travelled in the past 14 days?
2. Have you been in close contact with someone who has recently travelled in the past 14 days?
3. Are you experiencing any flu-like symptoms of illness (fever, cough, shortness of breath)?

If you have answered “yes” to any of these questions, we, unfortunately, will not be able to schedule an appointment at this time for the health and safety of yourself, your family and friends, our agents and the community at large.

That being said, our agents can also provide information and pricing via email without needing to meet in person.

If you are attending an appointment and are healthy, please join us in taking the following preventative measures against the spread of COVID-19:

• Wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer prior to entering our show home.
• Maintain a safe distance between yourself and our sales agent while in the show home (2 meters or 6 feet)

Despite the current unprecedented times we are in, there has not been a better time in recent memory to buy a new home. Interest rates are again at a record low, lot availability is scarce, resale values are high and Ventura is offering incredible incentives to our clients who brave the storm to keep our economy moving forward. We want to earn your business and are working hard to continue to meet our clients’ needs.
