Ventura Developments is about to launch a new project, Prairie Place, in La Salle, MB. It will offer something that currently isn’t available in La Salle – entry-level affordable housing.

The project, Prairie Place, is a bare land condominium that will consist of two-story detached homes on 40 and 42 ft wide lots, with shared 20 ft wide driveways, and detached rear property garages measuring 20 ft×22 ft. The homes are between 1200 and 1600 sq ft and offer 3-bedroom + 1.5 bath plans or 3 bedroom + 2.5 bath plans.

The Village Junction Condo’s are moving along at a great pace! Westland Construction was proud to report that we are four days ahead of schedule, thanks to the hard work of our framers, who have been working extra hours during the great weather we had thus far. The second floor is almost completely framed up with the third floor floor joists being installed this coming week.
