Phase 3 of Ventura Land Company’s residential development in La Salle, MB is moving forward.
A spokesman for the company said building permits for its Prairie View Lakes Development will be available starting Thursday.
The latest phase, the third of 20 planned, features 43 single-family lots. When all phases are complete, company officials said the neighbourhood will have more than 500 homes.
La Salle, located 13 kilometres south of Winnipeg’s Perimeter Highway, has a population of about 2,800.
